KMAY Cards
Christmas Cards illustrated
by Katherine May

Queensland artist and illustrator, Katherine May has been hand drawing cards for her family and friends for many years. Her quirky and colourful designs give the festive season a very Australian feel, and she is now giving you the opportunity to spread the Christmas spirit amongst your family and friends with her exclusive range of KMAY Cards.

2008 is the first year Katherine May has taken her art into the public domain with the launch of KMAY Cards. It is a limited run of 250 packs, so be sure to get your order in before they run out! The illustrations will be changed and updated next year, so these packs will never be the same again!

More about Katherine May: Katherine May grew up in Herberton, far north Queensland where she was influenced by both of her Grandmas artistic talents. Her Nanna's cards depicting native birds and animals always delighted her and inspired Katherine's interest in the beauty of Australian animals. Katherine now lives in Brisbane after moving down to complete a Bachelor of Design Studies majoring in Graphic Design at Queensland College of Art, Griffith University. Katherine May works full time as a graphic designer at Valley Edge Design Centre, and has many pursuits including AFL and Gaelic football. Her creative pursuits continue outside of the Australian Christmas Cards, with many other project ideas on the side. Katherine is planning to have a showcase of other artworks she has created up on this site next year, so that you can comment and have a part in what cards get printed in the next run. 2008 is the first step in launching her creative ideas, and sharing them with a larger audience. Katherine May appreciates any comments and suggestions about her drawing and cards, and is looking forward to expanding her Card range to include Birthdays, Mother's Day, Father's Day and other special events.
